As a general rule, on In Stock, fully steeped product we ship out within 3 business days of order or less. However, quality eJuices do take time to steep, and when a product is in that process we will not ship it incomplete. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you via email of any delays caused by inventory stock and in process materials as soon as they occur. This schedule may (And often does) during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays.
Our primary method is USPS for small orders, as the United States Postal Service usually delivers within 3 days of pickup to your doorstep (Lower 48 States Only). Otherwise we can utilize UPS as needed. (** Please note, we can not guarantee Shipping and Delivery times.)
You have the option to choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
Once your order is placed, Big Jug Vape provides information on your order by email. If you have multiple items on your order, you may receive additional emails for each item. However, we at the Sole Discretion of Big Jug Vape do not Ship Partial Orders, only Complete Orders. We only Ship Partial Orders at the written acknowledgement of the Customer, at the Customer expense.
Order Acknowledgement Email
The Order Acknowledgement email provides a summary of all the items on your order. If you are shipping an item on your order, the Order Acknowledgement will display the shipping address and an expected delivery date. Your tracking number will be available for use if you decide to check on the tracking via (USPS/ UPS/FedEx).
Shipment Notification Email
We’ll send, or the Carrier will send a Shipment Notification email when the item ships from our warehouse. The Shipment Notification email includes the carrier name, tracking number, and a Delivers by date. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Orders shipped via USPS/UPS will be sent with “Delivery Confirmation” to ensure they reach the intended recipient. Although you will receive a tracking number upon shipment, full tracking will not be available. Typically, the USPS/UPS tracking information for shipments will only indicate when the package was scheduled for delivery and when the package was delivered.
Shopping in the U.S.
Under the Big Jug Vapes shipping policy, shipments made to PO Box addresses will not be accepted. In addition, you may not export any products purchased at the Big Jug Vape’s Online Store, unless stated otherwise. Please send an inquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org and tag “Distribution” to the subject box.
Big Jug Vape currently only ships items within the continental US. We recommend you contact our Sales Department to attain more information on the policies for the sales of E-Cigarettes in your country.
All purchases are final except in the case when there is a manufacturers defect. You may return, unopened bottles within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error ( you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We have to be notified within 48 hours of your receiving the shipment. The item has to be in all of its original packaging, (including unbroken Seal) and cannot show signs of tampering or usage in the case of a defective product.
When an incorrect product is shipped or ordered, the item has to be unopened and in its original packaging when returned.
Liquid items cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Purchaser is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Products need to be well packaged and shipped. Tracking information needs to be provided to us. We also suggest insuring the package for loss or damage.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly.
If you need to return an item, you must email us at email@example.com, including your order number, date of the order, and the reason for your return. We’ll respond via email with detailed instructions.
